Refund Policy

The one-time provider evaluation fee of $50 covers your initial medical consultation and treatment plan assessment. It is applied as a credit toward your first treatment.

If, after your consultation, your prescribing physician determines that you are not a suitable candidate for treatment, you will receive a full refund of the evaluation fee.

If you are not satisfied with your results, you may contact us within 30 days of your initial consultation to request a refund. This applies to first-time patients and excludes the cost of any medications already dispensed. Results are not guaranteed and vary from person to person.
